Mycelium does not control or operate Users' logistics activities and is not responsible for business decisions, transactions, or operational outcomes resulting from platform configurations.
Data entered into the Platform by Users remains under the control of the organization operating the relevant platform environment ("User Data").
Mycelium processes such data solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Platform.
Mycelium does not claim ownership of data stored within the Platform.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services including APIs, logistics systems, and external data providers.

From time to time, Mycelium may introduce features, modules, integrations, or tools identified as beta, preview, experimental, or similar.
These features may be incomplete, may contain errors, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Beta features may not have the same level of reliability, support, or availability as fully released features.
Users assume responsibility for evaluating and testing beta features before using them in operational environments.
The Platform, including its architecture, software components, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Mycelium Technologies Inc.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform as permitted by Mycelium.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Platform or related intellectual property.
